Delaware: The listing of areas of practice does not represent official certification as a specialist in those areas.

The form must contain the lawyer’s full name and business address, date and jurisdiction for initial admission to practice, date and jurisdiction of each subsequent admission to practice, and name of law school and year of graduation. Anyone considering a lawyer should independently investigate the lawyer’s credentials and ability.

New Jersey: ATTORNEY ADVERTISEMENT, NOT A LAWYER-REFERRAL SERVICE. Washington: The Supreme Court of Washington does not recognize certification of specialties in the practice of law.
